What we collect
- Account details from GitHub when you sign in. Your GitHub username, numeric id, display name and the email address GitHub returns.
- Order details. The product, amount, currency, time, the Waffo order reference and the delivery state of your repository invitation.
- Messages you send us.
- Nothing that could be used to charge a card. We never receive or store card numbers, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Why we hold it
- To deliver access, send the GitHub invitation and re-send it when asked.
- To answer support questions about a purchase.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
- To detect abuse of the store and of repository access.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. If the operator of this deployment turns on analytics or a support widget, that provider sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Who processes it
- Waffo Pancake, the merchant of record, for payment, tax and receipts.
- GitHub, to send repository invitations.
- Our hosting and database providers, which store the data on our behalf.
- We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and licence records stay while your account exists and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages stay while the question is open and for a short period after it closes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to export it, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to hello@aiengstore.com and we will answer within the period the law gives us.
Changes and operator details
