One-time purchase
A project or the all-access collection is a one-time purchase. There is no renewal to cancel.
When we refund
Write to hello@aiengstore.com within 14 days of the purchase if we could not deliver access, if the repository is unavailable, or if it does not match what the listing describes. We will fix the problem or refund the purchase.
Change of mind
Access is granted immediately and the source can be cloned at once. A change of mind after you have accessed the code is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. Where the law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
How a refund is paid
Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record and processes the refund to the original payment method. The time it takes depends on Waffo and on your bank.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, write to us first. A chargeback opened without contact slows the fix and can suspend access while it is investigated.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
