A review workspace for contracts that keeps a person in the loop. Upload a PDF or DOCX and the parser reports its stage; AI-extracted fields arrive with a confidence score and the source snippet, and anything below the threshold is flagged for a human check. Six scan dimensions — one-sided clauses, penalties, confidentiality, intellectual property, disputes and termination — run in sequence and route by severity: high risk interrupts a reviewer, medium risk goes to batch review, low risk passes through.

The review step is gated rather than decorative. Approving a high-risk clause requires the evidence to be in view and a written rationale, and every decision is confirmable, revocable and recorded in an auditable history. The generated report keeps the executive summary, the per-clause decisions, which clause types were covered and uncovered, and a disclaimer that cannot be collapsed.

The repository is a React and Vite front end written against a documented backend contract, so the API layer is complete even though no backend ships with it. A small Vite middleware serves the demo dataset in-process, which makes every screen clickable without infrastructure; point the API base URL at a real service to use it instead of the mock.
