NL2SQL Analytics lets you ask questions about a MySQL database in plain English. A tool-using LangChain agent checks the server version, pulls the full table list, retrieves the most similar DDL, business documentation and question/SQL pairs from a Milvus vector store, writes SQL, validates the syntax, executes it and explains the result — streaming each tool call into the chat as it works.

Around the chat sits a full workbench: run generated or hand-written SQL and page through results, render bar, line and pie charts, copy results as CSV, browse databases, tables and columns before generating a query, and curate the training data the agent retrieves from, with changes written to the vector store immediately.

The stack runs locally through Docker Compose for MySQL, Milvus and an S3-compatible object store, and ships an English demo e-commerce dataset whose schema comments the agent reads back through information_schema — so editing a column comment changes what the model knows. Embeddings come from any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
