XiaohuiHR is an AI "HR digital employee" demo: a React and Vite front end backed by a small Hono adapter that either replays recorded enterprise data or spawns real agent runs through an OpenClaw profile. One shell holds the recruiting, onboarding, training, performance, employee-relations and orchestration workspaces, plus an asset library of the generated HR documents.

Each workspace shows a flow rather than a single screen — resume parsing and scoring with semantic talent-pool search, five parallel onboarding tracks behind an approval gate, a training chain that turns one topic into a needs analysis, slide outline, instructor manual, quiz and evaluation form, 360-degree feedback aggregated into a competency radar with blind spots flagged, and policy questions answered with clause-level citations.

Mock mode is the default and needs no keys: every action replays a recorded fixture and the response says which mode produced it. Real mode is optional and needs the OpenClaw CLI plus a profile directory holding credentials, neither of which is bundled — if the profile is missing the launcher warns and falls back to the fixtures.
