A self-hosted customer-service workbench that pairs an operator chat console with a demo e-commerce storefront whose embedded support agent runs on the same backend. Answers stream token by token over SSE, conversations persist per user, and a router classifies each turn as general, additional, graph, image or file before the agent decides what to do.

The modes are real rather than decorative. Deep-thinking routes the turn through the reasoning model path and renders the thinking block when the model returns one; web search lets the assistant decide when to search, then cites its sources in a side panel; and an uploaded product photo goes to a vision model that answers in the store’s voice. Product and order questions run through text-to-Cypher against an optional Neo4j product graph, with hallucination grading and guardrails applied before the answer streams.

JWT accounts, MySQL conversation storage and a Redis semantic cache are wired up, and the cache degrades gracefully when Redis is down. Knowledge-base ingestion is the one feature that is not functional in this build — the toggle is kept so it can be completed without redesigning the console, and the README says so plainly.
